ANDOVER COACH has a strict privacy policy. Your personal information is a very serious issue. To better protect your privacy we protect all personal information and do not transmit any information unless through secure channels. Including but not limited to, Name, address, email address, phone number, credit card information. We use information to provide our services. We DO NOT share this information with outside parties. We use email addresses to confirm reservations. Such addresses are NOT used for any other purpose NOR shared with outside parties.
Coach is a registered trade name. By choosing to use Andover Coach you are agreeing to these terms:
 
Andover Coach is not responsible for "acts of God" that result in missed flight.
Transport requires a 20% gratuity that will be added to client fee.
Cancellations made with 6 hours of trip will incur full charges.
Early morning charges can be applied as well as late night charges.
Any damage done to a vehicle will be added to client fee.
Andover Coach requires a minimum of 24 hour advanced notice for
cancellations of sedans. All other vehicles must be made at least 48 hours
prior. Late cancellation is subject to the full charge of the trip (NO SHOW)
including all tolls and parking fees. If you made a round-trip reservation,
and would like to cancel it, please remember to cancel each segment of the
trip separately, otherwise, the account will be charged the full amount of
the trip. Customer agrees to be responsible for all reservations made
resulting in a "No Show".If you have any difficulty finding your chauffeur,
please call our toll-free number (1-877-557-6527) and we will solve the
problem immediately. In order to avoid being charged a No-Show fee, please
do not leave the designated meeting location without notifying us. We
constantly monitor and update flight arrival information. There will be no
waiting charges for the first 45 minutes after the touchdown of all domestic
flights, or for the first 75 minutes after touchdown of all international
flights. Any additional waiting time is subject to the "Waiting Time" fees
explained below. All published rates are subject to change with out
notice.Airport Arrival Waiting Time Charge- Waiting time is defined as the
length of time that elapses between the actual landing time and a passenger
getting into your reserved Andover Coach vehicle. After a forty five (45)
minute grace period on all domestic trips seventy five (75) minute on
international flights, there is a $1.00 per minute charge while your
chauffeur is waiting. Non-Airport / Airport Departure Waiting Time Charge.
There will be no charge for waiting time for the first 10 minutes. Any
additional waiting time is billed at $1.00 per minute.

If you just have carry-on and will be exiting quickly it is a good idea to call when exiting the plane so we can disbatch the car from the limo pool. However we make every effort to have the car curbside waiting with flight monitoring. That said the information we get is sometimes on a delay. If you have CHECK BAGS it works best to call when THE CAROUSEL STARTS TURNING.

Logan- Pick-up Areas
Terminal- A proceed outside on ground level and across 2 islands and your car will be waiting at the limo stand.
Terminal-B proceed upstairs to the 2nd level ( Departure Level) go out doors and look to the left. Limo stand is curbside.
Terminal-C proceed upstairs to the 2nd level ( Departure Level) go out door and cross 2 islands to Limo stand.
Terminal-E Locate Dunkin Donuts and proceed outside at that door. Cross one island and look to left where the grey signs say Limos.
 
Manchester- Proceed outside across one island and down five steps. You will be walking under a skywalk. Look for Limos straight ahead. After going down steps look to the left for Limo stand.
 
South Station- When exiting train head to end of platform. Before reaching glass doors turn right toward Summer st. Proceed to curb and Limo will be parked in an available spot in that area.
